Commercial and Non-Profit Food Vendor Registration

The Guinea Jubilee celebrates the heritage and culture of an area in the southeast corner of Gloucester County known as Guinea. Volunteers who help plan this event want to promote a positive image and create a sense of community spirit as well as contribute to the historic conservation of this unique area.

DUE BY SEPTEMBER 20, 2024

The Guinea Jubilee Committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale of items if multiple vendors bring duplicate items for sale. This will be enforced reasonably and, on a case-by-case basis.

Vendor booth Space specifications:

  • Size: 10’ x 16’ tent
  • Commercial Vendor Cost: $450.00 
  • Non-Profit Vendor Cost: $100.00 
  • NON-REFUNDABLE

Reservation forms received after August 31st will be accepted on a space-available basis only. We will try not to turn anyone away, but we cannot guarantee size, location, or condition of the assigned space after the deadline.

Setup Information:

Festival grounds open and available for setup
– 7:30am both days
– must be set up by 2:00pm on Friday
– must be set up by 8:00am on Saturday
– NO VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SET UP ON THURSDAY!

Festival hours open to the public
– Friday 3:00pm-10:00pm
– Saturday 9:00am-9:15pm

VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS!

(only exception is for food trucks being used)

Closing information:

No vehicles will be allowed in the festival field before 10:00pm on Friday and 9:15pm on Saturday. All areas must be cleaned and vacated by 10:30pm on Saturday evening. It is very important that booths are left in the same condition as they were prior to your use. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN DENIAL OF YOUR APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE YEARS.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD VENDORS

Your space will be assigned and reserved for you only upon receipt of your reservation form including payment as well as your health permit and insurance certificate.

**Please contact the local health department (Gloucester County Health Department (804) 693-6130) as soon as possible. Applications for health permits must be in 10 days prior to the event.**

✓ You MUST have at least $1,000,000 of insurance.
✓ You MUST bring heavy-duty extension cord(s) and a generator if you need electricity.
✓ You MUST have a fire extinguisher in your tent.
✓ Prices MUST be displayed in the front of your booth or tent.
Booths MUST be left in the same condition as they were in prior to your use. Some booths are expressly not available for our use. Please ASK before setting up in ANY booth.

**The Guinea Jubilee Committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any items it deems inappropriate for this family-oriented event.

No unattended booths allowed.
