2020 Guinea Heritage Association Scholarship
Makenna was captain of and played on the GHS Girls Varsity Basketball team and was a member of the W.E.B. Du Bois Honor Society. She will be attending Eastern Mennonite University in the fall to major is psychology and will play on the women’s basketball team. In the future, she hopes to work with children and make mental health care available to all.
