The Guinea Jubilee celebrates the heritage and culture of an area in the southeast corner of Gloucester County known as Guinea. Volunteers who help plan this event want to promote a positive image and create a sense of community spirit as well as contribute to the historic conservation of this unique area.

The Guinea Jubilee Committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale of items if multiple vendors bring duplicate items for sale. This will be enforced reasonably and, on a case-by-case basis.
Vendor booth Space specifications:
- Size: 10’ x 10’ (NO electrical hookup or access)
- Cost: Free
- A valid 501(c)(3) is required
Reservation forms received after August 31st will be accepted on a space-available basis only. We will try not to turn anyone away, but we cannot guarantee size, location, or condition of the assigned space after the deadline.
Setup Information:
Festival grounds open and available for setup
– 7:30am both days
– must be set up by 2:00pm on Friday
– must be set up by 8:00am on Saturday
– NO VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SET UP ON THURSDAY!
Festival hours open to the public
– Friday 3:00pm-10:00pm
– Saturday 9:00am-9:15pm
VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS!
(only exception is for food trucks being used)
Closing information:
All areas must be cleaned and vacated by 10:30pm Saturday evening .
The Guinea Jubilee Committee is not responsible for lost or damaged property.
**The Guinea Jubilee Committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any items it deems inappropriate for this family-oriented event.
No unattended booths allowed.
