2020 C.B. Rowe Memorial Scholarship
Daniel played trombone and was low brass captain in the Gloucester High School band, a member of the debate and scholastic bowl teams, and the Parliamentarian for and member of the National Honor Society. Daniel plans to enroll in Virginia Tech in the fall where he will major in Engineering.
